Anxiety and Stress
Has anyone has stress and anxiety so bad it causes chest pain, back pain, difficulty breathing, easily winded?
I swear I am going nuts. One minute I have no clot and it's GERD, the next it's GERD and likely heart issues, then it's a clot and possible bone mets and lastly it's not a clot.
So now I am wondering if anyone has any of these problems at the same time. Am I just stressed and anxious?

Hugs to you.
I suffer from anxiety. I started getting panic attacks after I was diagnosed the second time with BC in other breast. Panic attacks are the worst!
So you are not alone in this. Having symptoms and then getting it checked out and its potentially this, and then it turns out not to be that, and it could be this, and you wait for test results, blah blah blah... is anxiety provoking and exhausting.
Do you have any anti-anxiety meds?

Hi Wallan,
Thank you. I don't have anxiety meds, but I am on Trintellix for depression and anxiety. Can you be in an anxiety or panic attack and not know it? It's crazy how the mind can effect the body the way it does. When I have these issues I don't feel like I am in an anxiety attack. I am slowly going crazy 123456 switch......Have a good night.

Hi Cheryl:
For what it is worth, I did not know I was having panic attacks and anxiety. I just knew I felt horrible and something was wrong but my GP told me they could find nothing conclusive. It wasnt until I was in a very bad way one day and my DH came with me to the doctor. The doctor witnessed my "crazies" instead of me describing them and my DH told the doctor I was incapacitated alot by my "illness". The doctor diagnosed my illness as panic attacks. I then went to an oncologist psychiatrist at the cancer centre ( I asked to see him and had to justify it too. Persuasion city there). Anyways, the psychiatrist told me my feeling crazy and "ill" was high anxiety and panic attacks.
I am now on 150 mg Effexor XR and clonizapam if I need it. They wouldn't give me Ativan. Said it was too additive. Blah...
Anyways, I hope you get relief soon.

Thank you Wallen, I really appreciate you taking the time to "talk" to me about this. I may need to see the GP soon and discuss this. Or maybe a little medicinal pot will help calm me down.
