Joint Problems and Stage IV

I searched for this topic, as I'm so worried about it, and I wondered if anyone else is having huge problems accepting this side-effect of medication and hormone suppression.

I am on Faslodex and Ibrance right now, and getting shots to stop my ovaries from producing hormones. Started having constant joint issues in my hands, wrists, ankles and feet. I can't become disabled. I have no one to help me. I will end my life, when I can no longer meet basic self-care needs.

(I don't mean this as a disparagement of life with a disability. It is just a reflection of my family situation. The only other able bodied person in my family is already responsible for two very old, very helpless people.)

After telling my oncologist that I dropped my TV remote control one day because my thumb joint just gave out, I got a referral for a physical therapist. It doesn't seem to be helping much.

What do you do for your joints? Special diet? Special workout? How do you keep them from getting worse? If I stop taking Faslodex, will the joint stiffness, immobility and weakness stop, will my joints get better?

thanks for reading. And responding, if you do.
