Body Hair Loss

I had radiation treatment a year ago February and I am taking tamoxifen. Now I have lost body hair, no hair on my arms or legs, no peach fuzz or hair on my lip or chin. Still have hair on my head and eyebrows and genital area. What is going on? Is this due to estrogen suppression? It is not alopecia. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had this for a long time after chemo. Now, almost 7 years out, the hair is back.
