Multiple symptoms?

Hello,

I'm new to posting here, though I've been lurking on and off.

I know that dimpling, pimple-like bumps, regular lumps, and itching can all be symptoms of breast cancer. Is it possible that someone could have all of these together, but in different spots on the same breast?

I am waiting to see the doctor about a lump, just outside the edge of areola. It is like a tiny hard pebble, slightly oblong, painless. It doesn't move and I can see it when I stretch out the skin around it. Based on my description, the nurse indicated that it is likely a cyst that needs to be removed (I did have a cyst nearby show up on ultrasound and she thinks it's the same thing, though it's really not in the exact same spot). On the same side, but more in the middle of space between the nipple and armpit, it is very itchy, though scratching doesn't seem to help. The skin is very slightly discoloured in that area, but smooth. Further back from there and slightly underneath, there is dimpling when I raise my arm. And on the opposite side of the areola there is a tiny raised pink "pimple" with no head (and nothing happens when I squeeze). It's a tiny bit sore on contact. I've noticed all of these consistently for about 4 weeks.

I did just have imaging (MRI and mammo) about 5 - 6 months ago and nothing was seen then. I know the lump is very real, but I'm wondering if I'm exaggerating the other symptoms in my mind based on the lump, and if it's even realist that all four symptoms could be related. I try to not look or think about any of it for several days to see if goes away. It doesn't.

I am 45 with a family history of breast cancer.

I see the doctor in three weeks but have become worried that I should be going in sooner, since none of these symptoms is changing.

Thank you.
