Square,flat lump inside my nipple.

Hello,I discovered this while I was undressing,an button hit me in my right nipple,I checked again and it was here,an small flat surface,like an 3D shape. My left nipple is smaller and softer,but my right nipple is taller and a bit red,I am really confused. Also,Im an male.

Is this bad? Please help.
