Hormonal therapy and PET Scan

Hello All,

My mom had been diagnosed with recurrent breast cancer spread to ribs and sternum only. She had underwent 30 cycles of 3DRT radiation and 4 mild doses of CMF chemotherapy last year(Jan - April 2017).Her Hormonal status is ER.PR - Positive and HER2- Negative. We took a PET Scan on May 2017 which should results as lesion in ribs are totally gone and there was a uptake in sternum only(suv -6). Our oncologist suggested for hormonal therapy (Letrozole -2.5mg) along with 4mg Zoldrenic acid injection on a monthly basis. Starting from last may 2017 every blood test report(calcium, creatinine, urea, CBC ) came well and last nov 2017 we done X-Ray and USG for abdomen which showed good results and there is no evidence of any disease and she is doing her day to day activities like cooking by herself only.And we had scheduled a Annual pet scan by this month (awaiting for good results). My only concern is can we continue with hormonal therapy only as she is er string positive and any other treatments required, pls advise
