Best AI for pre-menopausal women??

hi, bc sisters and brothers! I am post chemo and currently get zoladex shots along with arimidex. I've been told you can get joint pain from AIs but mine is OFF THE CHARTS. I can barely bear weight in the morning. I work as a nurse and by the end of every shift I am limping. I cannot run because the impact is extremely hard on me knees. My hip has been in constant pain for 3 months (x ray showed no mets, may need a ct). Anywho, I am not typing this to whine, but rather for advise. I take a variety of supplements to help with the inflammation.

Has anyone had a similar issue and been able to resolve it? Has anyone had better luck with a different AI? I’m only 32 and going to be on this for the next 10 years and I’m just nervous what it will do to my body if I’m barely able to walk by the end of the day now.

*note: I do have Lyme disease which could absolutely be playing a role in all this
