Ultrasound and Mammogram are normal but still have swelling

Here is how it started , i am 33 years old with no pregnancy and no family history of breast cancer. One morning when i suddenly woke up i felt my left breast pain. And seems llittle bigger than my right with swelling. I phones my gyn she did a breast exam she said its all normal but i insisted i have swelling and pain. She ordered mammogram. Following 2 days i got my periods i thought its because if my periods and i didnt go for mammogram. But after 1 week when my period is over again i noticed stabbing , swelling in same spot . I rushed ti gyno and she said she felt something movable kind of cyst. So went to mammogram and ultrasound, both were normal. But after total of 3 weeks swelling in one spot hasnt reduced. And i feel my left arm is sore as well. They prescribed vitamin e capsules. I have been taking this for 4 days dont see any improvement. I dont have any other symptoms. I asked for mri since i had heterogeneuoly dense breast but they said they cant order. I am worried if i have ibc. Ladies please let me know if anyone else is in same situa is in same in same situation
