Implants before lumpectomy

Seeing my breast cancer surgeon in 4 days
I have had implants for 7 years.... it sounds like 🤞🤞I will be getting a lumpectomy. What can I expect with already having implants in place?!?
Will the implant need to come out?
Anyone else have a similar experience??
