Osteoporosis in premenopausal womantamoxifen with

Wondering if anyone else has experience w osteoporosis while taking tamoxifen premenopause and/or diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. I recently insisted on further testing for chronically mildy increased calcium which revealed osteoporosis and issue w parathyroid. I am 48 premenopausal and nearly 4 years into tamoxifen. Disappointed as incorreectly told multiple times tamoxifen helpful to bones which is not true for premenopausal women. Appointment w endocrinologist this week and will see if surgery indicated for parathyroid. Wondering others experience with osteoporosis
