Ibrance/Letrozole

I was diagnosed in October with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.

Since that time I have been on Ibrance (21 on and 7 off) and Letrozole.

I was tolerating it pretty well but lately have been feeling rapid heartbeat and shakiness especially after eating breakfast.

Has anyone else experienced this? The symptoms seems consistent with low blood counts, anemia and after meal hypoglycemia but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what you did about it.
