Should I do a biopsy for cluster cysts?

I have posted a few times. I recently had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound due to overly exaggerated symptoms because of severe anxiety. This was for my left breast/armpit. When the radiologist was talking with me (he said mammogram was normal but I’m 36 so have dense breasts) he asked if I had any other areas of concern. I told him I THOUGHT maybe I felt a lump in my right boob and he ultrasounded the area. He said there wasn’t a cluster cyst there, smaller than 1cm. He said he would give it birad 3 because I could feel it and we can recheck in 6 months. My anxiety went into overdrive and he said he could biopsy it for me if I couldn’t wait. So I called today to specify his findings (no calcification) and he said he would be using a vacuum like tool to suck them out. I’m afraid because what f this is cancer and the cyst Burst spilling cancer cells into my breast? I’ve also read that cluster cysts are almost never cancer and I hate my brain and anxiety for wanting this biopsy :

The biopsy will likely not find cancer--your doctor told you that. In the extremely unlikely chance that there were cancerous cells, the biospy would not "spill" cancer cells. I totally relate to your anxiety. I have anxiety too! The book The Worry Trick has been really helpful to me in getting a handle on this stuff. Hang in there!
