Implant recon and nipple tattoos

I have completed my exchange and am happy with my implants, now moving into nipples! My incisions are straight across my breasts and the nipples will go over them. How does that work with the fact that down the road, my implants will need to be exchanged? Has anyone had a second surgery after nipples were done? Will they create a new incision in the fold (but not sure if that would work since mine are under pec and with alloderm pocket?) I will talk to my PS as well, just wanted to see if anyone had experience.

    Hi, I will only have 19 days of recovery time before I start a new job after a prophylactic double mastectomy with nipple sparing and implants at same time. How did you end up doing with only 10 days off? Thanks so much, any recommendations are very welcome!
