Hip pain and recurrence

First , thanks for always being helpful. It’s fewmonths ago My mom had CT/PET scan . It's comes good . No recurrence.

She has very bad pain in her upper hips and hips . The pain is sharp and burning. It’s in her hip bones ( both sides)

I am scare of recurrence. Have someone experience that kind of pain before recurrence.

Please need advice.

    Pain like that should be reported to the oncologist if it lasts for more than a couple weeks. Hoping it improves.

    thanks KBeee, I mentioned to my mom oncologist. Her oncologist didn’t take serious. Since, my mom had recently PET scan and it’s came clear. Also, my mom has arthritis.

    I don’t blame my mom oncologist. My mom do lot of exerciseMostly, her pain stop when she stop exercise.

    It could be bursitis from irritation/exercise.

    I had hip pain and my onco wasn't freaked out. Mine lasted 4 -5 weeks and disappeared when I went easier on the exercise.

    If she had a clear PET scan, bursitis or arthritis could be possibilities. Perhaps her primary care physician could recommend some physical therapy.
