Changing dressing after Hadfields Procedure

Anyone help
I had right hadfields procedure on Monday and can now change my first dressing after a quick shower. I have peeled back the dressing and these is surgical tape around my nipple do intake that off or leave it on the nurse told me to change the dressing but I was that out of it I cant remember what they said to do with that bit x x

Maybe call your surgeons office to see what they want you to do.
