Yogurt
I'm thinking that trying to eat Activia yogurt to help with keeping yeast infections at bay and maybe mouth sores /thrush. Can't hurt the tummy either. I find that a yogurt cup with some fresh blueberries, and sunflowers mixed in is about a complete meal for me. Does anyone else try it?
