Lymphnode in collarbone area possibly inflamed

I have noticed some discomfort in my collarbone area in the same side as my surgery. I also received radiation and have some discomfort there since the rads. I don't necessarily feel swelling and def can't see any swelling but I am so crazy obsessed now with whether I feel something slightly enlargedinside by my shoulder collarbone area. I don't know if there could be a recurrence kn that area and would it be more visible ? If it is something that traveled, is this considered a regional recurrences

    It would be considered regional. If it is concerning, and not felt on the other side, get it checked.

    I agree with Karen - get it checked. That's always the first and best thing to do.

    At the same time, if you had radiation in that area there could be a bit of fibrosis causing discomfort and firmness. If your MO doesn't find anything there, see about getting a bit of PT (usually a qualified LE PT is best equipped to help) and see if that helps.
