Waiting for biopsy

Hi all, just looking for some comfort as I await my biopsy appointment. I’m 34 yrs old and just had my US and mammogram 2 days ago. The pea sized lump I found a year ago in the upper outer quadrant of my left breast grew to about walnut sized and I finally decided to get it checked. Been so busy with work, a 1 year old and 2 teenagers that I failed to take care of my own self. Anyways, after having procedures done, radiologist found the lymph node in my left armpit is about and inch large and when he showed me the images on the computer the lump and lymph node appear white and he wants to make sure that it’s not cancer that’s spreading. I’m just really scared and worried and hoping for the best. It’s hard to keep my mind distracted while I wait another week for my biopsy
