Orlando FL Area support group

Just diagnosed with IDC. Trying to find my way through this group that I am now a member. Anyone else out there in the area?

    I am in Tampa, but here is a link to the Orlando ladies. It doesn’t look like this group has been posting lately, but you can PM members with location specific questions. If you have general questions I’m sure anyone here would be happy to help

    I don’t know what facility you are treated at in Orlando, but there is an in-person support group at UF Orlando Health, third Tues of the month, 11am-1pm, according to their newsletter.

    I am in The Villages (between Ocala and Leesburg) and go to the University of Florida Orlando Health Cancer Center. I have a fabulous team there and they were highly recommended by Dana Farber in Boston. They have several support groups. Special K's info is correct - they do have an inhouse group on Tuesdays as well as a support group in the Ocoee area.

    I joined the Tampa BC sisters. Couldn't find anything active in the Orlando area so opted to meet with the Tampa group.
