Did anyone have an implant in healthy breast during exchange?

    I'm having exchange surgery on Tuesday and am also having symmetry surgery performed on my healthy breast. They will take tissue out of the left (healthy) breast and put a smaller implant in, and also do a lift. Has anyone had anything similar to this done? What has been your experience?

    sweet pea- I can’t answer your question, but I’m interested in hearing others responses. The plan is the same for my recon, with the healthy breast getting an implant for symmetry. Crazy thing is, my PS does prepectoral implants for recon, but he does sub pec for augmentation. Something like that. So he’s not sure what he wants to do for my good side. I’ve already decided though, prepectoral or not at all.
