    Hi All

    I had my exchange surgery today. The Dr did a little fat grafting. I just took off my shirt and noticed a huge black bruise on my side. Is this normal? They didn't really tell me what to expect. Also my lower back is sore. I don't have any pain from the exchange which I'm surprised by. Can anyone relate?

    yes, I had fat grafting and a lift on the non affected breast to restore symmetry.

    And, yes, I had bruises where they harvested the fat, on my side and lower abdomen and it hurt more that the breast. Not that it was unbearable or anything just weird that my breasts were fine and the most pain was in my abdomen.
