Following an auto accident, I had a chest ct scan to make sure the Foobs hadn't been damaged. They're fine yet there was an abnormal result. Great, just what every one needs. There is a thickening of the sternum showing on the scan. Now scheduled for a PET scan and did labs for cancer markers yesterday.

Most of the reading I find is that for BC patients, is that cancer of the sternum itself as a primary is quite rare at only 6%. Unfortunately, it's mostly connected with BC patients. SMH So much for the good news bad news scenario.

Feeling a biopsy is in my very near future.
