Areola growth and swelling?

Hi I've posted here before, I've had a LOT of breast changes recently and now just a day after a clear ultrasound I'm right back in the middle of it.
I looked in the mirror this evening and noticed my areola has expanded downward and is uneven and bumpy, while being darker and larger than before.
I'm already pretty afraid of IBC, I'm wondering if this is a common symptom of that or what's going on...
Any insight would help, thank you
