"Spot" in bone marrow in spine

anyone have experience with this? (Spot in bone marrow of the spine) It showed up in an MRI and they will do a follow-up MRI July 3rd.
Just trying not to get totally freaked out by this. Also curious as to how they will diagnose this; bone marrow aspiration or something else?
Thanks for any insights you can share.
