Abdomen pain
Over the last few weeks I've observed an increase in pain on the right side. Below the ribs and to the right of the belly button. I have this pain/pull feeling, sometimes sharp. It's inconsistent but present. It's heighted when I bend down (ie to tie a shoe it hurts) but doesn't hurt if I push on it sitting or standing.
I have an appt with onc on Monday but coming here to learn more about what the pain feels like if it has metastasized to the liver.
This is a very different pain then I've experienced in the past. I had a scan January last year and it said:
Gallbladder, Pancreas, bladder, Liver and spleen unremarkable. Lung bases are clear. Clips are seen in abdomen. Small umbilical hernia is seen containing only fat, with no inflammation.

I had intermittent stabbing pain in my upper right quadrant. I tried eliminating various foods with litttle success, until I eliminated dairy. Then the pain disappeared. It comes back anytime I eat dairy. I have never previously had a problem. Just mentioning it in case you have not tried eliminating foods

I have the same pain ... and the same fear! I asked my MO about it months ago but scans were clear and liver- related blood tests were normal and that was the extent of her addressing it. I pla to bring it up to my primary care dr. I also suspect (hope) something digestive being irritated to cause my symptoms. Keep us posted - sending good thoughts your way!

Gallstones could be causing this...and they do not always show up on scans.
Have you tried taking milk thistle?? That may help your liver/gallbladder. Sending healing thoughts.

I am having a very similar pain, inconsistent, sometimes stabbing on right side of belly button below ribs. I thought it might be due to hormone therapy. Seeing my PCP on Tuesday for at least an abdominal exam. Let us know how your visit goes!

I will be watching this thread as I also have a pain in that area. Not from dairy as I will get it even if I ate a simple fruit cup. Mine occurs usually on an empty stomach.

I had the same thing going on a few months ago that sent me into full on Recurrence Anxiety, which I am still struggling to get out of.
I had a CT Scan and blood work and braced myself for the results. Luckily they all came back normal. My Doctors have ll decided that the cause is benign and probably nerve related or due to a "thin intestinal wall" (whatever that means). They said it's very hard to diagnose the cause of my pains and let it go. So I guess if they are not concerned it's cancer I won't be either. I still have the pains though (even as I type this, it's a daily thing that I've just grown used to). I still worry about every other thing that I notice but I feel better knowing I don't have to worry about that.
I hope they are able to discovery the cause of your pain and that it is easily treated and not BC related in any way!
Good Luck. Come back and let us know the results either way.
