Zometa- Jaw Necrosis

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has had jaw necrosis from Zometa and what is the half life once administered intravenously?
I've been on it for 2.5 years now (6 monthly infusion). Last time I had it was on Friday and I've had a heavy jaw feeling ever since..dont know if I'm being paranoid or it's something more sinster. I'm supposed to be on arimidex for 10 years, but can't see myself being on Zometa that long aswell.
