Hi There,

I was here 6-10 months ago as I went through checking out a suspicious area on my right breast last year. Ended up with excision and a painful healing process, but thankfully b9. Just went for my 6 month mammo check up and feel like it’s groundhogs day! After mammo and u/s on BOTH sides now, scheduled for biopsies on both on the 17th. Last year was my first mammo. Am I destined to never have a clear mammo?

Thats really a rhetorical question. I expected to have issues on the right. I had a big hematoma after surgery and it’s still painful and I can tell there’s something going on in there. Scarring or still a hematoma. The left was a bonus surprise!

Much less nerve wracking 2nd time around. Looking forward to finding out what’s up.

Oh goodness - that's my fear when I go back in December for my first re-check! I hope everything comes out benign again for you, and that the healing is smooth this time.

Ok! Pathology cane back clear on both sides. Woohoo! Waiting do the radiologist tonissue her addendum to state whether the findings are concordant. Last year they weren’t, so I wouldn’t be surprised. But. I’ll take the clear pathology and stop holding my breath now! Happy Friday and positive thoughts to everyone still waiting! Xx
