I ask for a friend of mine that are stage 4 (I am stage 3). She has fast growing mets and are interested to be included in studies/trials.. Do anyone know any stage 4 trials open for inclusion? She is poorly estrogensensitive....almost triple negative.... Anyone in similar situation..what kind of treatment worked for you? She has tried carboplatin without effect... She is a mother of small children..

You can find an extensive list of available trials at clinicaltrials.gov. the search interface allows you to narrow your search down by type of cancer, actively recruiting, etc. I found it very helpful once I figured out how to navigate the site. It's a United States government site, but not all of the trials are exclusively in the US.

Best of luck to you and your friend. I know it's scary when standard of care treatment isn't working.
