Aromasin - Brand vs Generic?

My MO wants me to begin Aromasin ( exemestane ). Is there less side effects with the Brand name Aromasin vs Exemestane of this AI?
I was taken off Femara after being on it for 7 months. Vomiting almost weekly with horrid constipation despite tons of laxatives, etc. Thanks
