Question - Enlarged node on airway to lung

I have had a solitary met (ER+, PR+, HER-) under my sternum in the lymph nodes and have been stable for two years on IBRANCE and Letrozole. My last scan six months ago apparently showed stable disease but there was an enlarged node at the main airway to my right lung. Somehow they never mentioned the node at that time. New scan yesterday shows that node at the long has grown and is close to 2CM. Has anyone had mets show in a node to the lung? All that I've read is of something is on the lung and then grows over time then it's likely cancer. Also, I'm assuming if the area by the sternum is still stable then is it likely that this is not hormone positive. My next step is to see a pulmonary doc. Wondering if anyone has had anything similar such as mets showing up in nodes, new mets that are different than others and if so what was the treatment? I've been lurking in this board for a while and am moved by the community and have received very helpful information. Would appreciate any input. Blessings.

My Mets was found in my right hilar node in my lungs. Are they looking to have a biopsy?

Met with pulmonologist. Near and my MO think it’s the cancer and there are actually two other spots. They conferenced and the lesions are too small and tricky to work with to do a biopsy. They both said they’re slow growing so MO offers either watching for another three months or switching off IBRANCE to falsodex. I’m praying for guidanc
