Breast+Nipple swelling and pain

Hi there!! So I woke up a few days ago and my r breast nipple was very tender to touch and had a constant dull ache to it, in general I have inverted nipples and the nipple was very tight(constricted) and normal to color, my breast in general feels heavier looks slightly larger but it’s hard to tell cause I feel like this breast has always been slightly larger than the other, today I woke up and noted pink blanchable skin around the nipple and it extended like 2cm further on left side of my r breast, no discharge from my nipple, no dimpling notes to skin, no other lumps except at actual areola/nipple it feels underneath is so swollen, can’t really call it a lump, heat and Advil do help a lilttle But it never rly goes away. I am due for my period but I’ve never had breast/nipple pain like this before and would think both breast/nipples would be affected if it’s related to PMS? Seeing pcp on 4/16. Any thoughts
