tumor at 3 o'clock does

heard somewhere that having a tumor at 3 o'clock  makes a difference in radiation, has anyone else heard ths?

Yes, I have heard that ROs consider this. There are lymph nodes on the inner cleavage area of the breast, as well as up by the clavicle. If a tumor was more in that location, some ROs feel it is best to do some radiation treatments to those lymph nodes too, and not just the ones in the armpit.
