Thickening obvious but neg. imaging

Hi ladies,

Went to gyn for a separate issue and in exam NP said did I know these lumps were here in my left breast, I hadn't started BSE yet so no, I didn't. She recommended I watch and see if they stay, a month later they were still there so I had a mammogram and ultrasound. All neg, couldn't see lumps.

6 months later and they are growing and so much more obvious, just near my underarm on the left breast is a thick ledge of tissue, at around 2 o'clock, a small one at around 9 o'clock and a round lump deep near 6 o'clock. Everyone can feel but on ultrasound today nothing is seen. I mentioned ILC but everyone said no, it'd be obvious. Also the doc who I saw at the breast center says that while she can feel them they don't feel sinister and she would know because she does this everyday.

Basically I was told to come back if they grow or feel weird... but that's why I went back... I was also told that since they were first spotted 6 months ago they'd be huge by now if it was cancer.

I don't want BC obviously, I just want to be SURE and I'm worried they aren't doing MRI or biopsy but I'm also worried I'm just being over the top.

I had a brain tumor resection last year Feb that I basically had to push diagnosis for, so I know how easy it is to fall through the cracks.
