Diep Years Later

I am about 4 years out from diep surgery and was wondering how others are doing who have had it a few years ago. Have you noticed any changes, had any follow up surgery? I would say that my nipple tattoo's have faded a bit. My plastic surgeon did them and he did a great job, but they are not as dark anymore.
