Nervous for my wife

my wife is 34 and breastfeeding. She had a lump in her left breast for a few years but was told it is ok. A few years passed and she just had an ultrasound and that left breast had a 2nd lump and they daid both of those lumps are ok. However her right breast has 2 new lumps and they didnt say much but said they were concerning and she needs to comeback in 6 months.

Her fsmily dr called and said he did not like ultrasounf language and told my wife to go to a surgeon. So we have an appointment to see him in 2 days. Im nervous because if the new lump in the left breast are fine but the new ones in the right are concerning what is the difference?

Im sstayng positive but trying to find hope with facts that this does not mean she has cancer. What kind of lump can this be that is not cancerous
