Hello. I apologize if this is repetitive. I’m going for my mammogram and ultrasound in the morning and I’m curious if I will have some sort of answers? Is the radiologist able to give me a diagnosis or something other than I don’t know?

    This varies from facility to facility. Many places will do the exams and at the end tell you that someone will be in touch or you will get a letter in the mail. Other places will have the radiologist present for parts of the exam and discuss the findings with you before you leave, some will also provide the results in writing before you leave. Let us know how it goes.
