AI after 10 years of Tamoxifen?

Has anyone here taken Tamoxifen for 10 years and then gone on to an AI? I am 47 and don't know if I have been through menopause yet (I had a hysterectomy in 2009). I know that a blood test will determine the state of my ovaries (whether I am still pre-menopausal or post-menopausal). I won't see my oncologist for another month though and I am down to the last 12 Tamoxifen pills (he won't write any more refills saying that 10 years is the standard for taking Tamoxifen/no longer) :(((( I am scared to death that I won't be able to take anything else after this.

Girl, you did your time. Now, the time is yours to take advantage of and live your life without medication. I may feel the same as you in the years to come. But, I think I will do everything in a very health conscience manner and keep my risks at bay.
