Cold Caps Duration: How many hours did you wear them?

This is my first post, and I hope it is okay that I have started a new thread for it, as I know there is another related to cold caps... However, this one if for a specific issue.

For those who have cold-capped and had success, for how many hours did you wear them after your infusion? I am getting conflicting information. Penguin Cold Caps has recommended that I continue wearing them for four hours after my chemotherapy (which would be the TC part of TCHP). However, someone has advised me that they have found this unnecessary, but didn't comment on how long they use them for.

I have found a couple of clinical studies indicating that 90-minutes afterwards is sufficient, and another study indicating that even 45-minutes could be sufficient.

I am thinking I will wear them for 90-minutes post-infusion.... and just hope that it works. I'm wondering what other people's experiences are.

To be clear I will be getting TCHP, so NO anthracyclines.... (I understand that those make it extra tricky!).
