How are you making water taste good?

Or what are you drinking instead?

I have been putting drops of lemon juice in my water, drinking decaf tea lightly sweetened with maple syrup and drinking the occasional gatorade or lemonade. I could be doing better with hydration. I'd love some more ideas. Round #4 of A/C tomorrow.

Wrenn- I just saw a recommendation for milk with instant breakfast I was going to try. I can't do caffeine or chocolate unfortunately. Vanilla milk sounds good though.. or maybe strawberry. Thank you!

That sounds good. I hope it does the trick for you. It will be over soon.

Water never tasted good to me during chemo. I'm sure I didn't drink enough of anything, but mixing Gatorade with water was the best bet for me.

NUUN tablets-lemon-lime. Gatorade did not taste good to me.

NUUN tablets- I'll have to look these up.

I just brewed a pitcher of iced hibiscus tea with honey and it is going down well. I may add a splash of lemon too.

I don't love the gatorade, but am hating water, which is so sad because I used to love it.

I found I do way better with sparkling water. (not club soda as that has too much sodium!) Just plain sparkling water (Pellegrino is one brand for ex) or I found one which has a tiny bit of natural orange flavour (I think it's more scent than anything as it doesn't add any calories) or lime and I'm sipping those.

Sanpellegrino in cans is also sparkling but has added juice so it's got sugar. I try to limit that to one a day.

    green tea

mild herbal teas - the fruity scented one are too much; it has to be quite mild

    popsicles

    soup
