LYMPH NODES STH?

Hi I am 20yo and paranoid about my breast since I have family history of bc(mom's mom). Today I went to my breast surgeon(yes I have one because I am really crazy about it). He examined me and said I have a swollen lymph node inside my left breast. He said it is normaly swollen if this makes any sense and told me not to worry.I had an ultrasound like 2 months ago and showed I have dense breast with some pore sth thing and fibrocystic breast. Today he told me to go back after 1 month to have an ultrasound by him and his radiologist who is a breast ultrasound expert as he said. Furthermore I am telling you somw info that might say something. I am a kind of person that touches and examines my breast all the time. Im having my period in some days from now(2 April). Last time I went to him was because I had breast pain and I have noticed since I cut caffeine and too many fats in food it has been decreased.. I am really worried..as always...
