histochemistry report,please help to find the type of cancer

My mom has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has undergone Mastectomy. Her Histochemistry report says that Scores were :

ER = percentage of cells with nuclear positvity: <1%

avg intensity of staining : negative

PR = percentage of cells with nuclear positvity: <1%

avg intensity of staining : negative,

HER-2/Neu= percentage of cells with uniform internse complete membrane staining : negative

MIB-1(ki=67) -percentage of positive nuclei : 20%

After mastechtomy, she had radiation treatment as well.

What are her chances to fully recover so that this does not recur ? what are the further treatment/diet courses she needs to undertake ?
