Diep after implants

Hi All,

I am a almost 5 year survivor of 3A triple +.

I am from Wisconsin. I have implants in both.

On my left side where the cancer was, I had a lot of radiation. It is tight and I have pain at times. Plus not a good looking boob. My plastic surgeon said it will just get tighter and if something happens he would not put another implant in.

My questions:

Has anyone experence this? How long did you have have implant in?

I am considering diep, but worried about the surgery. Has anyone went from implants and to diep. Can you please how it was.
