Cranial Electrotherapy stimulation (CES)

Just purchased a CES device and my wife and I are going to try it out for insomnia and stress relief. I'll post how it goes for both of us. My wife currently is taking two different prescription sleep meds, and still has trouble sleeping. This might be an effective drug free alternative. We have 30 days to return it, if not satisfied.
