Pre-menopausal - Tamoxifen VS AI w/ ovarian suppression

I am wondering which path you chose and why.

I am 38 and taking Tamoxifen per my original MO. My new MO suggested an AI w/ ovarian suppression. I have seen the new research that shows a benefit for the AI but it's not a huge benefit so I am on the fence with switching. Chemo seems to have put me into menopause, no period since May, and I'd rather not add a drug that's not necessary. Plus, I am concerned about the extra cost for the suppression shot. But, of course, I want to do the best thing to prevent recurrence.

So, again, curious how you decided which route to go if you've been offered both? And if you chose AI w/ suppression, how has that been for you?
