What should I ask surgeon during planning meeting

I’m meeting my surgeon to plan for a masectomy with no reconstruction next Wednesday. Any suggestions on what to ask? I believe he will also do a sentinel node biopsy. This is all after neoadjuvant chemo. Anything I should request? Seems that the doctors don’t give a lot of detail or explain options unless you ask judt the right questions.
