Neratinib, anyone tried it?

Hello all,

This is my first post, so here we go... Day 2 of taking Neratinib (after many other treatments) and I was just looking for a little feedback from others who have taken it. I was initially very nervous about taking it, due to the high incidence of diarrhea, but that has not been a problem so far. Dizziness and nausea have been though. I decided to try taking it on the weekend, so if I felt bad it wouldn't impact work. Now I am thinking I should have done it when the oncologist office was open, just in case. Anyway, any feedback would be super! Thanks everyone :)
