Role of lucrin depot in breast cancer treatment

my physycian recomended lucrin depot plus zometa every three months and daily afinitor plus aramycen.

The question is that what is the role of either lucrine depot or dipherine in the treatment? Could I get benefit from them? I didn't see any source about using the above medicines for my case.

    My diagnosis is recurrent ductal myoucinouse male brast cancer in the 3rd stage metastatic lymph nodes including axilla ,mamarian , medastinian, and in between rib lesions

    I am a 45 years old male , my diagnosis is recurrent breast cancer since 13 years, l have a question about a medicine used to reduce testesterone level called dipherine 12.5 g dose. Could side effects of such medicine be relieved ? And how?
