She was advise to terminate baby to prolong her battle and boost her survival off because treatment is difficult while carrying. Anyone with similar issues. Also it's has not spread to lymph node or other part per her ultrasound today. Thanks you all in advance!!

I feel so bad that no one has responded to your post Tmailo05, probably because none of us would ever want to find ourselves in that position. My heart goes out to your sister.

I can't comment on what it might be like to go through chemo and possibly surgery while pregnant, but her doctor is probably referring to the fact that Herceptin, which is standard for HER2+ breast cancers in the US (in addition to chemo) is toxic to embryos/fetuses. If a woman becomes pregnant while on Herceptin or up to 7 months after exposure to it, the health care provider is supposed to immediately report it to Genentech.

IBC is a very aggressive breast cancer and being HER2+ makes it more so. Herceptin (usually with Perjeta) gives her the best chances.

I wish your sister all the best, that is a heartbreaking decision to be faced with.
