Shortness of breath?

I am posting for my mom, she is not big on the internet. :)

She is almost 4 years exactly post diagnosis with TNBC. She had chemo, lumpectomy and radiation. She had a few lymph nodes removed as they also tested positive. All checkups have been clear. She handled treatment very well and has been very healthy since.

She had her 4 year check yesterday and she reported that she has had some shortness of breath in the last 6 weeks when she is gardening or walking up the stairs. The oncologist ordered a scan to look at her lungs. He does not seem to concerned as her blood work looked perfect. We are worried though and wondering if other people have had this expierience and what the outcome was

Amber, Well it's good she is getting a scan on her lungs. It could be something as simple as a lung infection. That happened to me and I learned I was walking around with pneumonia for quite some time. I had no other symptoms. Let us know how the scan goes.
