Tamoxifen vs Suppression of Ovarian Function plus Tamoxifen

I am 38 year old mother of two, youngest one is 3 year old. Other treatment details can be found in my signature. From past 8-9 months I have came out of menopause, but cycle length has doubled and intensity reduced by 50%. My Oncologist is suggesting to move to Suppression of Ovarian Function plus Tamoxifen for two years.
I tried to read below mentioned article and included references, beyond my full comprehension. What are my trade-offs? What are current protocols ?
